A Binghamton man was found not guilty on all charges—pape in the first degree, sexual assault in the first degree and tampering with physical evidence--by a Broome County Jury Wednesday December 14, 2016.

The jury deliberated over the course of four days before returning a verdict of NOT GUILTY ON ALL CHARGES. Attorney Jack Kotchick with The Law Offices of Remy R. Perot & John L. Kotchick, III, was very pleased with the verdict. He said "these are very difficult cases, however I always believed in my client's innocence."

This is Mr. Kotchick's third straight not guilty verdict in the last three months.
